1. Booking and Payment

1.1. To make a booking, guests must provide their full name, address, email address and phone number.

1.2. A deposit (percentage of the total booking amount) is required to secure a reservation.

1.3. Unless agreed and arranged otherwise, the remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival at the property.

1.4. Failure to make payment upon arrival may result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. If a guest wishes to cancel a booking, they must do so in writing via email or letter.

2.2. If a guest cancels more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.

2.3. If a guest cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. Check-in is at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

3.2. Check-out is at 11:00 am on the day of departure.

3.3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Property Use

4.1. The vacation rental property is for the exclusive use of the guests named on the booking confirmation.

4.2. The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is as specified in the booking confirmation.

4.3. The property may not be used for any illegal or commercial purposes.

4.4. The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

5. Behaviour

5.1. Guests must behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.

5.2. Loud music, parties or other disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

5.3. If the guest or any member of their party is found to be engaging in behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate, the booking may be terminated and the guest required to leave the property.

6. Liability

6.1. The property owner or manager is not liable for any damage, loss or injury to guests or their property during their stay.

6.2. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance prior to their stay.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The property owner or manager is not liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, and governmental action.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

By making a booking, guests agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that they have read and understood them.
